Excellent stay, the apartment was great, perfect for our family and walking distance to the beach.
We loved staying at the apartment, the tasteful decorated interior is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool is very clean with extra shower and toilets and enough comfortable sun loungers for all the guests. The beach of Blue Bay is very beautiful and with it’s cosy atmosphere the best place to be on the eiland. There is a dive center on the beach, we dived with the family and ordered cocktails and pizzas afterwards, what else do you need!!
The four of us really had a great stay! It’s a peaceful and pleasant location, and we weren’t bothered by the nearby construction at all. The house was very neat and felt as new. It had everything we needed. We made wonderful family memories, and we all but especially our nieces, absolutely loved the pool! We also enjoyed the cooling winds from the sea and the (for now still visible) ocean view in the distance.
Having a car is a must on the island, and for this stay as well, but Jan Thiel and other lively areas are only a 15-minute drive away. The Aloe Farm, Ostrich Farm, and Chichi Shop garden are just minutes away. We liked taking a walk around the community and having access to the nearby padel, soccer, and outdoor fitness facilities.
Our interactions with Team Chrissi’s were very pleasant and proactive. They made us feel welcome, always responded quickly, and were incredibly friendly. We felt right at home and wouldn’t rule out coming back for another family vacation!

This is one of the best airbnb's I've stayed so far. It's exactly the same as the pictures, it's spacious, comfortable for a family, it has good beds and it was clean. It has everything you need during your stay for cooking, for snorkelling and going out to explore the island. The communication us good and easy. The location is perfect, only 1 minute walking distance to a beautiful beach and 20-40min away in car to the most amazing beaches of Curazao. I highly recommend!
Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het contact met de hosts verliep altijd vlot en ze waren goed bereikbaar wanneer er iets was. Daarnaast dachten ze actief mee en kwamen ze met oplossingen voor de kleine problemen die we tegenkwamen. Zo hadden we tijdens de eerste week last van een alarm binnenshuis dat bij beweging afging. Uiteindelijk is er iemand langsgekomen om het probleem op te lossen. Al met al een prettig verblijf gehad.
We loved staying here! The condo was super clean, comfortable, and well equipped! You couldn't be any closer to the beach and wonderful amenities at Blue Bay, and it is also very conveniently located - close to a grocery store and a perfect location for a home base to explore the rest of the island. The hosts were wonderful and even left us a sweet welcome gift and allowed us to get a later checkout since we were flying out late the last day. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice, comfortable unit in a great location, just steps from the Blue Bay beach, restaurants and beach bar. A short drive from shopping and the city of Willemstad. The unit is well-equipped and very spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.
We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige appartement van Frank. Vanaf het eerste moment was alles perfect geregeld. De locatie op Blue Bay is ideaal: rustig gelegen, dichtbij het strand, restaurants en alle faciliteiten van het resort, maar tegelijkertijd ook privé en rustig. Het appartement zelf ligt bovendien op een hele fijne plek binnen het resort, waardoor je optimaal kunt genieten van de rust, het uitzicht en het zwembad om de hoek.
Het appartement is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles waar je tijdens een vakantie maar aan kunt denken, is aanwezig. Van grote voorzieningen zoals een wasmachine en droger tot de kleinste details zoals een messenslijper, snorkels, koelbox en alles voor in de keuken. Je merkt aan alles dat er goed is nagedacht over het comfort van gasten. De inrichting is modern, sfeervol en zeer schoon, en de bedden slapen heerlijk.
Al met al hebben wij een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit appartement en we zullen zeker nog eens terugkomen!
We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Alles was uitstekend geregeld en wanneer er iets was, werd het snel en adequaat opgelost. Chrissi en haar collega’s waren bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het huis was top: modern, schoon en alles voelde zo goed als nieuw. Ook het zwembad was goed onderhouden en echt een fijne toevoeging.
De locatie ligt iets buiten de drukte, maar je bent binnen korte tijd bij prachtige stranden zoals Mambo Beach en andere mooie plekken. In de omgeving wordt momenteel veel gebouwd, zoals ook vooraf werd aangegeven, maar hier hebben wij totaal geen hinder van ervaren.
Kortom: een fantastisch verblijf dat we zeker aanraden!
Een hele fijne locatie voor ons als gezin. Je hebt een huurauto nodig om alle plekken te ontdekken maar dat spreekt voor zich. De hosts zijn vriendelijk en reageren snel! Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Très belle maison. Très agréable. Très bien situé. Cuisine bien équipée (c’est rare dans les locations Airbnb). Il faudrait cependant veiller à remplacer le blender qui ne fonctionnait pas
Difficile de trouver un point négatif. Peut être (en cherchant bien) le bruit de la route à proximité quand on est sur la terrasse ou le surplus d’électricité demandé à la sortie alors que nous avions veillé à modérer notre consommation en n’allumant l’air conditionné que la nuit (et pas systématiquement dans toutes les chambres)
Met ons gezin hebben we genoten van ons verblijf. We werden fijn ontvangen door het team van Chrissie. Bij aankomst stonden er drankjes voor ons koud. Huis was heel schoon. Met de auto was je binnen een paar minuten bij het strand van Jan Thiel. De communicatie verliep top. Hadden we vragen, kregen we een snelle reactie.
Kortom, niets op aan te merken.
This place was fantastic. The area was nice, private, and had a lot to do with a great beach and restaurants and decent snorkeling.
Our place was clean, convenient, and the amenities made it very comfortable, from the water pressure, temperature, AC and full kitchen. We also had many assets for a full kitchen, and being able to wash clothes was a nice plus so we didn’t have to check too much luggage. The convenient parking for our rental car was also very welcome.
Host was very polite and easy to contact, and I appreciated the ease and doing so.
We had a wonderful week in the apartment.
The location was ideal, and communication with the host was pleasant. We received clear and timely instructions beforehand, and any questions we had were answered quickly and helpfully. All in all, the stay contributed to a great vacation. Definitely recommended!
The villa was spacious, clean, and well furnished. The beds were comfortable, as was the air conditioning in the bedrooms. We really enjoyed the large veranda with its beautiful view. It was just a short walk to the swimming pool and the stunning beach. Finally, the warm welcome and farewell from Chrissi made the stay complete.
A wonderful, peaceful place to spend your holiday. Just a 3-minute drive from Jan Thiel. Lovely shared pool, beautiful garden with hummingbirds and iguanas. If anything came up or something wasn’t working, it was quickly taken care of. Communication with the manager was very smooth and pleasant. Definitely recommended!
Beautiful new bungalow. Very spacious with a wonderful veranda and comfortable beds. It is part of a small cluster of three bungalows around a lovely palm garden. Just up the steps, there is a large shared pool which is really nice. A great base to explore the island. Host Chrissi gave us a warm welcome and was easily reachable via WhatsApp throughout our stay. It was also very convenient that we were able to check in earlier and check out later than the standard times. In short: highly recommended!
The apartment is truly beautiful. The bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious, and it is clean and fully equipped. The kitchen is very user-friendly. The terrace with the sofas and the garden looks very well maintained. The pool is wonderful and is kept very clean. It’s really a very nice apartment, and if you need anything, they respond very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The house is in a wonderful location near Jan Thiel Beach and the Spanish Water, and it’s even more beautiful than the photos show. It’s fully equipped with everything you need, and the host Chrissi makes sure you feel completely at home.
We’ll definitely miss the sunrise on the veranda – that’s why we’ve already decided to come back soon!
A great location for us as a family. You’ll need a rental car to explore all the places, but that goes without saying. The hosts are friendly and respond quickly! Definitely worth a return visit.

Great place to stay in beautiful Blue Bay Resort. Just a 1-minute walk from the communal pool and just a 5-minute walk from the great Blue Bay beach. Very great hosts with a great team behind it. We felt very comfortable and would book there again immediately. We had a super nice time there.
We had a wonderful holiday in Lotje's apartment. The contact with both Lotje and Chrissie was extremely pleasant both before and during the stay.

The terrace with sunbeds is top and right by the pool. Blue bay beach is a two-minute drive away by car and accessible by the QR code you receive from the host.
The loft was exactly what was described in the listing. Karen and her property manager Chrissi were super responsive to any messages and very helpful with suggestions of supermarkets, restaurants and things to do in the area. The space fit our needs perfectly, was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Would not hesitate to stay again! Kai and Chrissi made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. Exceeded expectations, snorkel, beach, and tennis equipment for the guests to use! Fully stocked kitchen! Traveled with my 3 young children, who cried when we left and deemed it the “best vacation ever. Easy few steps to the beach, threw our stuff under a palapa in the morning and relaxed all day. Plenty of other families and our kids made many international friends. You won’t go wrong with their amazing condo.
Chrissi was a very helpful host. From the very first moment at check-in, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. She gave us a tour of the property and provided us with essentials such as towels, paper, access to the laundry facilities, etc. The house was beautiful, with a shared pool in the backyard. The area felt very safe. The property looks exactly like the photos shown in the listing. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful house, in a beautiful place. Exactly as in the description Communication with chrissie's was good. The ladies respond quickly and offer help where necessary. The internet didn't work well and they immediately fixed that. Nice and safe place and would absolutely return to it.

Very nice house, has washing machine which was unexpected. Chrissy was prompt in meeting us and very friendly. Neighborhood seems safe. Lots of toys for toddlers and pack and play was very large. Perfect house for a young family. ACs helped to keep home cool, electricity was expensive as expected. Great value for a clean and modern home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chrissi and Kai's apartment in Blue Bay, and it was an absolute paradise! Chrissi and Marianne (the local property manager) made sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The unit was not only spacious and clean but also loaded with amenities that made us feel right at home. The easy 2-minute stroll to the stunning beach was incredibly convenient. The breathtaking sunsets every night from the large covered veranda were the perfect way to unwind and spend our New Years vacation.
We think that Blue Bay where "The Reef" airnb is located is the perfect place to stay in Curacao as it is centrally located. It has a beautiful pool surrounded by palm trees, quiet and peaceful and is immaculately maintained.
The airbnb was well stocked, very clean, comfortable and minimalist in design.
Chrissi, the property manager was delightful and met with us making great suggestions about places on the island to visit. She welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine.

We had a wonderful time in this very comfortable apartment, located on a small complex with a great swimming pool, just a 3-minute drive from the beach.
The grounds are very clean and well maintained, and the pool is serviced daily. Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome from Chrissi, a friendly and easygoing host. Communication with her was smooth and exactly what you hope for when arriving at your holiday destination! She explained everything clearly, handed us the keys, and also shared both practical information and fun local tips.

We spent many hours on the spacious terrace, enjoying the view of the ocean through the palm trees.
Upon check-in, there was a bottle of wine and crackers with brie waiting for us—fantastically arranged!
Chrissi was always very helpful and welcoming. She is spontaneous, cheerful, and nothing is too much for her. Chrissi is an outstanding host, and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Just wonderful. The house's amazing location is just a short walk from a breathtaking beach. A lot of attention to detail, from furniture to home appliances, including a NESPRESSO machine for a coffee lover like me. Condo is exactly as depicted in the photos. It is luxury, luxury, luxury and you will be lucky if you get a chance to vacation there. Location, location, location: this is it! Overlooking an infinity pool with the beautiful beach just beyond. You can snorkel right off the beach! There's plenty of beach chairs to go around. Sheila has a dedicated property manager that arranges everything for your arrival, including car rental if you need. Chrissi waited for us at the condo to orient us and greeted us with a warm smile and a bottle of wine! Word to the wise: if you are renting a car, get the map.me app so you can navigate to the condo. We had a nice stay at the bungalow in blue bay. Chrissi was really kind and helpful and easy to communicate ☺️ You have all the things you need in the bungalow and we enjoyed that you reach the beach after a short walk. Also for our little one 1 1/2 year it was a perfect place to stay. Thank you a lot
We had a wonderful stay and Chrissi was a great help. While we thought there were no cars left to rent on the island, Chrissi still managed to arrange one for us — which was amazing! The apartment is spacious, with three bedrooms, and thanks to the outdoor fans we were less bothered by mosquitoes and could comfortably sit outside in the evenings. That made the living space feel even bigger, as we could really make use of the large terrace. The beach and the pool are superb, and we think this is a fantastic place for a family holiday! Everything is close by, and the kids could swim and play without worries. It was a great experience, and we will definitely come back again.
A beautiful house in an amazing location! We had the luxury of sharing this house among three people, so each of us had our own bedroom with comfortable beds and there were two bathrooms! The location of the house is truly fantastic — we highly recommend it! (Through the host, we rented a car, which I would definitely suggest. The host in Curaçao gave us great tips, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. Communication was perfect!)

Chrissi was a fantastic host, touching base with us before arrival several times, arranging pickup from airport and car rental, providing arrival refreshments for us, checking on us daily, giving us suggestions for outings and restaurants. The property is lovely as well.

This villa was the perfect place to stay on the island. The central location was perfect for us (and in a gated resort too)! We had rented a car, and there was close parking for it in the resort complex. The resort amenities were amazing - and coming back to relax on the beautiful patio/couch was the best. From here we were able to explore the entire island: a 10 minute drive from Willamstead, and 20-30 minutes from the beautiful north island beach area. Chrissi was there to check us in and check us out and provided so many helpful recommendations for snorkeling and eating on the island throughout our stay. The villa itself was very clean and the pictures perfectly represented it!
We had a wonderful stay at Gord & Lucy’s place! The villa was clean, spacious and just a few minutes walk to the lovely Blue Bay beach and the short walk it self was very pleasant. We felt safe and comfortable and the AC in the living room was a great bonus during the hottest parts of the day. Communication with Gord and Lucy, and also with Chrissi, was easy and reliable. We had a really great holiday. The villa/apartment is very spacious, clean and nice, and it has almost everything, even a jug we could use. Also, it locates just 15 minutes drive from the airport and 5 minutes walk to the Blue Bay beach, where we can go anytime of the day. The villa manager Chrissi is a great host, she is very patient and friendly, and offers all the help you need like renting a car and tips for the island. We really enjoyed the time we had on Curaçao! We stayed for almost 3 weeks in this beautiful accommodation and couldn’t have wished for a better place! The house is spacious and perfectly located in the quiet Blue Bay resort. With two little children, it was wonderful to have a nice pool within a 1-minute walk and a beautifully maintained bay (with sunbeds included) just 5 minutes away.
The house has all the amenities you could need, and there were even toys available for the kids. The outdoor terrace with a dining table and lounge sofas is a lovely spot to spend the evenings. Chantal and Chrissi gave us a very warm welcome, and even arranged some groceries for us upon request. In the last days of our stay, Chantal was extremely flexible and accommodating regarding the measures during the corona lockdown.
In short, highly recommended — we will definitely come back!
Me and my friends had a fantastic stay. The beds are super comfy to sleep on after the day of exploring the island. The villa is located just 2 minutes walking distance from one of the cleanest beaches on the island. Clara and Chrissi were amazing hosts from the moment of the initial inquiry to our check out. You can rely on them to have a truly relaxing Curaçao experience.
Villa was spacious, clean and well appointed. The beds were good, as was the air conditioning in the bedrooms. We enjoyed the spacious veranda with a beautiful view. It was a short walk to the pool and beautiful beach. Finally, the warm reception and closing by Chrissi completes the stay. The contact with Chantal and Chrissi is pleasant and they respond quickly. This is an awesome villa situated in a beautiful resort. We had a great stay due to the well located villa (30sec walk to the pool & 2 minutes walk to the beach) plus all its utilities at our disposal.
The local host Chrissi was amazing & made us feel very welcome too!

Chrissi, was a phenomenal host. We needed help with baby crib, high chair, two rental cars and she made it happen very smoothly. Unfortunately we had medical needs during our trip for one of our kids, and they even helped with medical provider recommendations. I couldn't be more pleased with their listing and our stay.
One slight negative. We had bathroom drainage issues on the first day (which is common in the island). However the host was quick to act to help address this for us!
It’s in a great location and Chrissi was great to deal with. She was helpful and informative and responded to any of our inquiries promptly.
The beach was one of the best on the island for swimming and snorkelling and the onsite dive shop is well equipped and professional.
We found a few deficiencies with appliances and we communicated to the host that the villa is over due for a freshened up with new paint and some new furniture.
The previous reviews do a great job of describing the villa. My son loved the proximity to the pool, which could be viewed from the porch. We all loved the beautiful beach, Azzuro restaurant's lunch menu and the beach bar. If you are snorkelers, I assure you that you will not be disappointed!
We made use of all 3 bedrooms, and having breakfast at our leisure outdoors made for wonderfully relaxing mornings! Plenty of towels were provided, as well as a well-stocked kitchen. Chrissi was also very easy to contact when needed and helpful with recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend Clara's villa for a nice, relaxing family vacation.
Clara's place was wonderful! The location is right in the middle of the island which makes getting to different sights easy and I also love how close it is to the airport. I love the open air living room and the separate air conditioners in each bedroom. It is a short walk to one of the best beaches in Curacao (tons of palm trees for shade on Blue Bay, unlike other beaches we went to), and the restaurant on the beach at Blue Bay is superb. There is a grocery store close by and we were able to cook a meal one night because a large variety of dishes and utensils are provided. There are also nice touches such as beach towels and an ice chest, a washing machine with soap/softener and a clothes line/rack. The porch is so amazing, too! We put out a plate of cut fruit every day and the colorful island birds would visit us on the porch to eat. It was such a relaxing way to start each morning. Chrissi, Clara's co-host, met us and showed us around the house the first day, and she was very helpful throughout our stay. I wish we could live here! We plan to stay at Clara's place again the next time we come to Curacao.
This villa is located in a beautiful location with all amenities including a great beach. The villa has an awesome outside deck area that we enjoyed throughout the day and evenings with an electric grill. Chrissi was very attentive and responsive to our requests. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone coming to visit Curacao!
We have only wonderful things to say about Clara's place. It's located in a lovely resort, a couple of minutes walk from the beach/bar/restaurant (and the beach is very nice there). It's also in quick driving range of Wilemstadt and its attractions and about 15 mins from the airport - about 30 mins driving from the westernmost beaches and shete boka. The villa has everything you may need for a great vacation, including an amazing deck to enjoy breakfast or dinner. All in all, we would wholeheartedly recommend it to travelers looking at Curacao. Also, a special thank you to Chrissi who manages the property for Clara and who has been an amazing host while we were there.
P.S. unlike a previous review, we had no problem at all with mosquitos - closing the deck doors and windows at night we did not even need to use any repellant while we were there.
It’s a beautiful upstairs apartment in a neat and safe resort, right in the middle of the island near the stunning Blue Bay. For snorkeling, this is definitely one of the best spots — we saw many different fish and even a sea turtle! Free beach chairs are within walking distance. You do need to rent a car to get groceries at a large supermarket a bit further away. The villa is centrally located, so we drove to both the west and east sides of the island daily, which took no more than 50 minutes. We visited many beautiful beaches and enjoyed lots of fun excursions. Highly recommended and definitely worth repeating! The villa was fully equipped, even with bath and beach towels, which saved a lot of packing. Chrissi welcomed us as the owners don’t live on the island — a lovely person whom you can ask anything. Thank you for the hospitality, and hopefully we can return one day.
Excellent place to stay. Even with a one year old kid, who had lots of space to run around. With the beach and pool so close we had an very pleasant stay. Very good communication with Chrissi and satisfying cleaning service halfway our stay. We will absolutely recommend this to others and definitely visit this place again when traveling to Curaçao. Clara's place was a great place for our stay. Though we didn't manage to meet Clara we met Chrissi who manages the flat. She was very helpful in every occasion that we needed her (luckily we didn't pester her much but when we did get in touch she was available and helpful). The flat was very comfortable, the pool was close and the beach was brilliant. A lovely place to stay on the island.
This villa is perfectly located for those who want to explore Curaçao and rent a car. Situated on a golf course, just a few steps from the beach and a dive center. We found the villa exactly as described — clean and with all the desired amenities. We spent most of our time on the large terrace, pleasantly cooled by the Caribbean breeze. Without a doubt, this is a place to remember for our next stay in Curaçao. Clara and Chrissi responded very quickly to all our questions, and Chrissi also recommended several great spots.
