Here we would like to explain a little about what we offer to property owners looking for a property manager.The property management services of Chrissi’s Curacao, are for clients, living abroad or on the island, that have invested in property on the island with the purpose to rent it out during the year for short term rental and would like to have an external and local company taking care of, and rent it, throughout the year. We offer a fully organized property management service, but also customized packages for clients that have specific needs or wishes. Just let us know what it is you need from us, and we will work something out together.

Our current clients own properties, mainly located in the Blue Bay beach and Golf Resort, Brakkeput Abou, Jan Sofat and Cas Grandi. Management can start from the moment your future guests makes a reservation till the moment they check out. We aim to keep everything as simple and easy as possible and as transparent as much, as well for clients and our guests. This way everything is clear of what’s going on and all parties are happy. We work with people with good working mentality like a plumber, electrician, carpenter, painter and someone for odd jobs. As well as gardeners, pool maintenance and cleaning staff and a very reliable car rental company.

A lot of attention to detail, from furniture to home appliances, including a NESPRESSO machine for a coffee lover like me. Condo is exactly as depicted in the photos. It is luxury, luxury, luxury and you will be lucky if you get a chance to vacation there. Location, location, location: this is it! Overlooking an infinity pool with the beautiful beach just beyond. You can snorkel right off the beach! There's plenty of beach chairs to go around. Sheila has a dedicated property manager that arranges everything for your arrival, including car rental if you need. Chrissi waited for us at the condo to orient us and greeted us with a warm smile and a bottle of wine! Word to the wise: if you are renting a car, get the map.me app so you can navigate to the condo. We had a nice stay at the bungalow in blue bay. Chrissi was really kind and helpful and easy to communicate ☺️ You have all the things you need in the bungalow and we enjoyed that you reach the beach after a short walk. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en zijn goed geholpen door Chrissi. Terwijl we dachten dat er geen auto meer te vinden was op het eiland, wist Chrissi nog een auto voor ons te regelen. Echt heel fijn! Het is een ruim appartement met drie slaapkamers en door de ventilatoren buiten hadden we iets minder last van de muggen en konden we ‘s avonds toch buiten zitten! Dat maakt de leefruimte nog ruimer omdat je het grote terras buiten daardoor ook goed kunt benutten. Het strand en het zwembad zijn subliem en wij vinden dit een fantastische plek voor een vakantie met kinderen! Alles is dichtbij en ze kunnen zorgeloos zwemmen en spelen. Het was erg geslaagd en komen zeker nog eens terug.

Een prachtig huis op een geweldige plek! Wij hadden de luxe dit huis te delen met drie personen, dus allen een eigen slaapkamer met goede bedden en twee badkamers!
De ligging van het huis is echt geweldig, dit huis is een aanrader!! (Via de host hebben wij een auto gehuurd, dat zou ik zeker aanraden. De host op Curaçao zelf had goede tips voor ons, wat onze vakantie nog aangenamer maakte. De communicatie verliep perfect!)

This villa was the perfect place to stay on the island. The central location was perfect for us (and in a gated resort too)! We had rented a car, and there was close parking for it in the resort complex. The resort amenities were amazing - and coming back to relax on the beautiful patio/couch was the best. From here we were able to explore the entire island: a 10 minute drive from Willamstead, and 20-30 minutes from the beautiful north island beach area. Chrissi was there to check us in and check us out and provided so many helpful recommendations for snorkeling and eating on the island throughout our stay. The villa itself was very clean and the pictures perfectly represented it!

We had a wonderful stay at Gord & Lucy’s place! The villa was clean, spacious and just a few minutes walk to the lovely Blue Bay beach and the short walk it self was very pleasant. We felt safe and comfortable and the AC in the living room was a great bonus during the hottest parts of the day. Communication with Gord and Lucy, and also with Chrissi, was easy and reliable. We had a really great holiday. The villa/apartment is very spacious, clean and nice, and it has almost everything, even a jug we could use. Also, it locates just 15 minutes drive from the airport and 5 minutes walk to the Blue Bay beach, where we can go anytime of the day. The villa manager Chrissi is a great host, she is very patient and friendly, and offers all the help you need like renting a car and tips for the island. We really enjoyed the time we had on Curaçao! Thank you Clara for the great place and Chrissi for your hospitality. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends!

BabetteBlue Bay Beach and Golf Resort Villa - May 2021

We hebben bijna 3 weken in deze prachtige accomodatie verbleven en konden ons geen fijnere plek wensen! Het huis is ruim en is ontzettend goed gelegen op het rustige resort Blue Bay. Met 2 kleine kindjes was het heerlijk om op loopafstand van een fijn zwembad (1 min) en een prachtig verzorgde baai (strandbedjes inclusief) (5 min) te zitten.
Het huis beschikt over alle gemakken en er was zelf speelgoed voor de kindjes aanwezig. Het buitenterras met een eettafel en loungebanken is een heerlijke plek om de avonden door te brengen. Chantal en Chrissi hebben ons uiterst gastvrij ontvangen en er stond zelf een boodschapje op verzoek klaar. In de laatste dagen van ons verblijf is Chantal ontzettend flexibel en coulant geweest rondom de maatregelen in de corona lockdown.
Kortom, een echte aanrader, we gaan zeker nog een keer terugkomen!

Me and my friends had a fantastic stay. The beds are super comfy to sleep on after the day of exploring the island. The villa is located just 2 minutes walking distance from one of the cleanest beaches on the island. Clara and Chrissi were amazing hosts from the moment of the initial inquiry to our check out. You can rely on them to have a truly relaxing Curaçao experience.

Villa was spacious, clean and well appointed. The beds were good, as was the air conditioning in the bedrooms. We enjoyed the spacious veranda with a beautiful view. It was a short walk to the pool and beautiful beach. Finally, the warm reception and closing by Chrissi completes the stay. The contact with Chantal and Chrissi is pleasant and they respond quickly. We will definitely come back again.

This is an awesome villa situated in a beautiful resort. We had a great stay due to the well located villa (30sec walk to the pool & 2 minutes walk to the beach) plus all its utilities at our disposal.

Chrissi, was a phenomenal host. We needed help with baby crib, high chair, two rental cars and she made it happen very smoothly. Unfortunately we had medical needs during our trip for one of our kids, and they even helped with medical provider recommendations. I couldn't be more pleased with their listing and our stay.

One slight negative. We had bathroom drainage issues on the first day (which is common in the island). However the host was quick to act to help address this for us!

It’s in a great location and Chrissi was great to deal with. She was helpful and informative and responded to any of our inquiries promptly.

The beach was one of the best on the island for swimming and snorkelling and the onsite dive shop is well equipped and professional.

We found a few deficiencies with appliances and we communicated to the host that the villa is over due for a freshened up with new paint and some new furniture.

The previous reviews do a great job of describing the villa. My son loved the proximity to the pool, which could be viewed from the porch. We all loved the beautiful beach, Azzuro restaurant's lunch menu and the beach bar. If you are snorkelers, I assure you that you will not be disappointed!

We made use of all 3 bedrooms, and having breakfast at our leisure outdoors made for wonderfully relaxing mornings! Plenty of towels were provided, as well as a well-stocked kitchen. Chrissi was also very easy to contact when needed and helpful with recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend Clara's villa for a nice, relaxing family vacation.

Clara's place was wonderful! The location is right in the middle of the island which makes getting to different sights easy and I also love how close it is to the airport. I love the open air living room and the separate air conditioners in each bedroom. It is a short walk to one of the best beaches in Curacao (tons of palm trees for shade on Blue Bay, unlike other beaches we went to), and the restaurant on the beach at Blue Bay is superb. There is a grocery store close by and we were able to cook a meal one night because a large variety of dishes and utensils are provided. There are also nice touches such as beach towels and an ice chest, a washing machine with soap/softener and a clothes line/rack. The porch is so amazing, too! We put out a plate of cut fruit every day and the colorful island birds would visit us on the porch to eat. It was such a relaxing way to start each morning. Chrissi, Clara's co-host, met us and showed us around the house the first day, and she was very helpful throughout our stay. I wish we could live here! We plan to stay at Clara's place again the next time we come to Curacao.

This villa is located in a beautiful location with all amenities including a great beach. The villa has an awesome outside deck area that we enjoyed throughout the day and evenings with an electric grill. Chrissi was very attentive and responsive to our requests. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone coming to visit Curacao!

We have only wonderful things to say about Clara's place. It's located in a lovely resort, a couple of minutes walk from the beach/bar/restaurant (and the beach is very nice there). It's also in quick driving range of Wilemstadt and its attractions and about 15 mins from the airport - about 30 mins driving from the westernmost beaches and shete boka. The villa has everything you may need for a great vacation, including an amazing deck to enjoy breakfast or dinner. All in all, we would wholeheartedly recommend it to travelers looking at Curacao. Also, a special thank you to Chrissi who manages the property for Clara and who has been an amazing host while we were there.

P.S. unlike a previous review, we had no problem at all with mosquitos - closing the deck doors and windows at night we did not even need to use any repellant while we were there.

Het is een mooi bovenhuis op een net en veilig resort, midden op het eiland aan de mooie Blue Bay. Om te snorkelen is dit wel één van de mooiste. Veel verschillende vissen gezien en zelfs en zeeschildpad. Gratis strandbedjes op loopafstand. Je moet wel een auto huren, dan kun je boodschappen halen bij een grote supermarkt even verderop. De villa ligt midden op het eiland, wij gingen iedere dag richting de west- of oostkant van het eiland, dit was max. 50 minuten rijden. Veel leuke stranden bezocht en leuke uitjes gedan. Het is een echte aanrader, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. De villa was van alles voorzien, zelfs badlakens en strandlakens, dat scheelde een hoop bagage. Chrissi heeft ons ontvangen omdat de eigenaren niet op het eiland wonen. Lieve meid waar je alles aan mag vragen. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en wie weet komen we nog eens terug.

Clara's place was a great place for our stay. Though we didn't manage to meet Clara we met Chrissi who manages the flat. She was very helpful in every occasion that we needed her (luckily we didn't pester her much but when we did get in touch she was available and helpful). The flat was very comfortable, the pool was close and the beach was brilliant. A lovely place to stay on the island.

Cette villa est particulièrement bien située pour les gens qui désirent visiter Curaçao et louer une voiture. Située sur un Golf à quelques pas de la plage et d'un centre de plongée. Nous avons trouvé la villa tel que décrite, propre et avec toutes les commodités souhaitées. Nous y avons passé tout notre temps sur la grande terrasse bien aérée par la brise des Antilles. C'est sans aucun doutes une adresse à retenir pour notre prochain séjour à Curaçao. Clara et Chrissi répondaient très rapidement à toutes nos questions et Chrissi nous a également proposé plusieurs bonnes adresses.
